We want you to love the art on your wall. Here is how refunds work, hassle-free.

Our 14-day promise

If within 14 days of your purchase:

  • the artwork cannot be shown on your TV and we cannot fix it with you, or
  • the file is damaged, not 4K (3840 × 2160), or clearly different from its listing,

we fix it or refund you in full. Contact us through Help or from your order page with your order email and what went wrong.

Change of mind

Artwork is digital and delivered immediately to your library, so we do not normally refund a change of mind once it has been delivered. At checkout you ask us to deliver right away; if you live in the EU, UK or a country with a similar rule, this means the 14-day right of withdrawal ends at delivery. Your legal rights for faulty or misdescribed digital content are not affected.

Art packs (credits)

Unused art pack credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Used credits cannot, because each one unlocked an artwork.

App store purchases

Purchases made in the iPhone or Android app through Apple or Google are refunded by them: use Report a problem (Apple) or the Google Play order page.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, usually within 5–10 business days. When an order is refunded, its artworks and its app code are removed from the library.

Exclusive auctions

Auction wins are final once paid, except where the artwork is faulty or misdescribed.
