Gælleo Privacy Policy

Becato LLC ("we") operates Gælleo. This policy explains what we collect and why.
What we collect

What stays on your device
- Your TV's network address and pairing token: stored securely on your phone so the app can reconnect to your TV.
- Your own photos: sent directly from your phone to your TV over your home network. They never reach our servers.
What we do not collect
The app does not ask for your name, email, contacts, or precise location (if you pay through our web checkout, Stripe collects your email and billing details to process the payment). We do not sell personal data or use it for third-party advertising.
Local network access
The app asks for permission to access your local network. This is used only to find your TV and send artwork to it.
Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting and storage), RevenueCat (purchase validation), Apple, Google and Stripe (payments; Stripe Identity for seller ID checks), [Sentry/PostHog] (diagnostics). They process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.
Sellers
If you sell on Gælleo, we also process your name, handle, email, and payout details. Payout and tax identity information is collected and held by Stripe.
Retention and your rights
We keep purchase records as long as needed for access, accounting and legal obligations. You can ask us to delete data linked to your app ID with Delete my data in the app (My art screen), or by contacting support@example.com with the App ID shown there. Residents of California, the EU/UK and other regions have rights to access, correct, and delete their data; contact us to use them.
Children
Gælleo is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
