Bring your Etsy reviews
Your Etsy reviews show shoppers you are a trusted artist. Importing takes about two minutes on a computer.
Step 1
Open Download Data on Etsy
Sign in to Etsy on a computer. Go to Shop Manager › Settings › Options and open the Download Data tab (or go straight to etsy.com/your/shops/me/download).
Step 2
Download your reviews
Scroll to Take your data with you and click Download Your Reviews. Etsy saves a file (usually reviews.json) to your Downloads folder. Do not edit it.
Step 3
Copy your shop link
Open your Etsy shop and copy the address, like https://www.etsy.com/shop/YourShopName.
Step 4
Import in Seller Studio
Open Seller Studio › Reviews, paste your shop link, choose the file, tick the confirmation and click Import reviews. Importing again later only adds new reviews.
How imported reviews are shown
Where shoppers see them
On your shop page and on your listings, under Shop reviews from Etsy, with the average, the number of reviews and a link to your Etsy shop. They are about your shop, so they never appear as reviews of a specific artwork here.
Do they help my ranking?
A little. Your Etsy rating is used as the starting point for your new listings until they get their own verified reviews from buyers here. Verified reviews always count more.
Rules
Only import reviews from your own Etsy shop, exactly as Etsy exported them. Do not add, edit or remove reviews to change your rating. We compare imports with your public Etsy shop and remove imports that do not match. Fake or edited reviews break US law (FTC rule on consumer reviews, 16 CFR Part 465) and lead to removal of your shop.
Can I remove an import?
Yes. In Seller Studio › Reviews, each import has a delete link.
